The three values that help us accomplish our mission are these:
- To Be Christ-Focused: We seek to lead all people whom God chooses to place in our path into a personal, saving relationship with God through an obedient faith in Jesus Christ. Everything we do and everything we refuse to be part of is filtered through the foundational truth expressed in John 14:6, "Jesus said unto him, 'I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but by Me."
- To Be Mission-Focused: We understand that our primary purpose as a New Testament church is to lead people --- locally, nationally, and internationally --- into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ where they live in obedience to Him as Lord. While we have many activities, programs, and ministries whereby we seek to help people become whole in every aspect of life, we are first and foremost always about the work of "making disciples, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all things He (Christ) has commanded..."
- To Be Future-Focused: (II Timothy 2:1-2) We are committed to the necessity of growing strong and deep in the Biblical doctrines of the Gospel so that we may be able to entrust them "to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also." To fail to train Christians to reach future generations with the Biblical Gospel and doctrines is to fail as a church. We place a high value on teaching our members the truth of God's Word and on releasing them to serve in areas of ministry that correspond to their spiritual gifts.
